TERMS OF USE:
Payment terms All purchases, in stock or backordered, are paid in full including shipping fees upon checkout.
Color Statement The products screen color will vary slightly from actual products due to differences in the color calibration of individual computer monitors. Each item of merchandise is inspects before shipping ensuring that the merchandise is free of any defects or damage.
GUARANTEE & RETURNS:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of goods for an item that is of equal or lesser value than the item purchased or for future credit. Prior to shipping your return, you must first obtain a return authorization code, please contact us with your request. All returns must be in the original packaging and be shipped prepaid and insured via UPS Ground. We are not responsible for lost items and cannot issue credit for lost items. Ship returns to: Goods: 1112 Pike St. Seattle, WA 98101. If, upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please contact us immediately. Any damage must be reported within ten (10) days of delivery. No allowances or credits will be given after this period. All sale items are final sales.
SHIPPING:
Domestic Orders - All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with required Signature Confirmation at time of delivery. If you’re not at the shipping destination at time of delivery you may have to pick up and sign for your package at your local USPS office.
International Orders – All international orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post. Any customs or duty charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please note that international orders can take anywhere from 7 – 30 days to arrive at their destination.
Handling:
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and verification and an additional 3-7 business days for domestic delivery.

Order confirmation and tracking numbers may be obtained by emailing your name, address and PayPal payment confirmation number to goodsseattle@mac.com.
